Nice hotel in a great position to discover the history of the area, room's are big and there is a bar and restaurant on site,
My daughter and i stayed here for the mma fights @ the casino and we fell in love with this place. Front desk very welcoming. Right up my alley with the western theme. The room was great and the king size bed was so comfy i wanted to bring it home. The pull out country western loveseat wanted to bring home as well. The decor was fabulous inside and out. We didnt think to bring suits to enjoy pool and hot tub ???? will return to here when needed. Thank you so much!!!
The M and M gals
Kids loved the dome!!!! Very kid Friendly!!! We will definitely be staying here again next year
Everyone was real nice and the buffet was good thanks for taking care of us
Our BIG family hosted our 2017 family reunion at the Dodge House. The Banquet rooms were nice and cold. The Restaurant was good. It offered a menu and breakfast & lunch buffet. Lots to do, that made our stay entertaining- Volleyball, basketball, swimming and free WiFi. We were happy and so were our kids. Anita, the GM and Trisha, front desk girl made our stay wonderful. It was a great experience for all.
Was only there for a one-way conferernce. Several attendees are at the restaurant and liked it. The next time I stay over night, I will most likely stay there. The lobby, common areas, and the conference room were very clean, and the staff friendly and helpful.
Stopped in for breakfast with my wife caught the end of the buffet but the attendants made sure to keep food out until we were done and the food was fresh and very tasty all the way to the end
I am really pleased with the atmosphere of this hotel. It is very clean and friendly.
Service in the restaurant was awesome. Food was good and price was reasonable.
Great food and service
The Dodge House recently catered our wedding. We were so impressed with the quality of the food and service. It was the best prime rib we have ever had and the prices were reasonable for a top-notch meal. The chef has experience catering major events and he knows what he is doing. He is backed by a great staff. Consider the Dodge House if you need an important event catered or if you want to get a steak in Dodge City.
The rooms where clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. They have taken alot of time on decorating everything in the western theme.
If your out of town working and need an extended stay friendly hotel this is the place for you it is affordable and damn quiet back here in the extended stay suites area I've been here 3 weeks and no problems.
Great breakfast buffet for a fair price.
Had the breakfast buffet, it was awesome!!! Bacon, eggs, sausages, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, coffee, chocolate milk! They had it all!!
Interesting place. A bit aged, but was a nice place to stay.
Yo the maids are hot!!!
Was a great place to stay, the decorative items are wonderful but the place could with a little TLC. We got a king room for a reduced price as the spa bath didn't work ;)
I eat at the restaurant fairly often. This is run by the people who had the pancake inn. Great people and great home style food.
Hotel seems clean and people seem nice. WIFI is terrible.
This summer was the first time my husband and I stayed at Dodge House. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. I'm a fan of this place because the staff is very friendly and thoughtful. I left my iPad AC charger in the room and they called to ask if they could mail it to me. I hadn't noticed the charger was missing until they called. Thank you Dodge House!
I was travelling from San Diego to Iowa and stopped here on the way thru. The hotel wasn't hard to find and once we got in, they had us our room in a matter of minutes. We got the Double Queen which was very well made up. The beds where soft and I had no problem falling asleep. I didn't see any of the problems that the other reviews have put out. We where right off the pool and playground area in the hotel but once that door shut, you couldn't hear anything. All the displays and things to do at the hotel would make it worthwhile for kids so make sure you have time to see them all.
Affordable, friendly, and convenient to the Boot Hill Museum and shows. Sadly, the hotel is a bit aged, but the rooms are clean and the decor is... Unique. The bargain is at the restaurant. They have couples dinner specials with appetizers for $25 & the steak is huge. There is a breakfast Buffett included in your stay and that was a huge value for our family.
Although, not relevant to our stay, they have an indoor pool, arcade, basketball, & volleyball courts.
Great customer service, very friendly staff. The lady at the desk even gave me a military discount without me even asking for it. The rooms were very clean, as well as the towels. The bed was comfortable and the water in the shower was hot. I would recommend this hotel.
I enjoyed my stay here... Sheets felt great and it didn't smell like smoke and the customer service was good... I'd come again and next time I will stay longer and play all the awesome things they have and swim and workout
Driving up to the hotel, I was a bit skeptical. The hotel looks a little worn, but I reminded myself that we chose this place because of its historical significance. In parts of the hotel, you can tell they are in the process of updating. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find.
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Upon check-in, the staff gave us a lower rate than what we reserved and moved us to a first floor room for the kids.
Hotel is affordable and includes a free hot breakfast buffet. Although our family didn't take advantage, it also has a free casino shuttle, indoor pool with slides, volleyball, basketball, and video games. There are lots of unique and historical decor throughout.
Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Inside is a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
If we ever make it back to Dodge, we will for sure stay here again.
